ORDER TRACKING
To ensure you stay informed about your shipment's progress, you can expect an email notification within 2-5 business days of placing your order. This email will provide you with comprehensive tracking details, enabling you to monitor your package's journey until it reaches its destination. If you do not receive an update within 7 business days, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at support@snugsavvy.com.
PROCESSING TIME
At our company, we strive to ensure timely delivery of your products. The overall estimated processing time spans from 7 to 22 business days, but the majority of orders are usually delivered within 7 to 15 business days after placement. It includes our most popular products and the following time periods:
- Production Time:
All items offered on Snug Savvy are made-to-order. This means that when you place your order, we print that item/s just for you, one at a time for the best quality! Once you place a successful order with us, we make it a priority to produce the items within 4-7 business days.
- Shipping Time:
Once your order is shipped, delivery typically takes 3-15 business days, depending on your location and shipping method chosen.
We offer two dependable shipping options: Standard shipping, primarily facilitated by USPS, ensures secure and efficient delivery within 7-15 business days. Opt for expedited shipping via DHL for faster delivery within 3-7 business days.
While we collaborate closely with our logistics partners to provide accurate delivery estimates, please note that these times are approximate and cannot be guaranteed. Any delays during transit are beyond our control.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping destination and the number of items that you purchase. Standard shipping prices are a flat fee:
USA: $8/order
Rest of the world: $12/order
Free shipping for orders over $100.
We also offer expedited shipping for a flat fee of $16/order worldwide.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.
If you notice any issues with your shipping address within 24 hours of placing your order, please email us at support@snugsavvy.com so we can help you make the necessary changes.
Once your package has been shipped, we can't change the address. We're not liable for incorrect addresses provided. Our assistance is limited to providing the carrier's contact for address corrections. We won't assist if:
- Package is refused or delivery attempts fail.
- Shipping records show successful delivery.
In such cases, we reserve the right to abandon the package without refund. You will be responsible for any reorder charges incurred for reshipping the package.
MISSING ITEMS
If you haven't received an item within 22 business days of placing your order, please email us at support@snugsavvy.com with your order number and the missing item details. We'll respond to your inquiry within 24 hours. Following our investigation, we'll offer one of the following solutions:
1. Resending the Missing Item: We'll send you the item again at no additional cost.
2. Refund: If the item is unavailable or you prefer a refund, we'll reimburse you for the missing item's value.
PLEASE NOTE:
1. The majority of our orders are processed and shipped within the time frame we offer above. However, the time period above is only approximate and can differ in each case. Some items/orders may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery time frame.
2. Due to unforeseeable delivery bottlenecks with our suppliers as well as delivery companies, deliveries may be delayed a little bit. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause to you.
3. Holiday shipping: Due to certain US and International Holidays, especially in peak seasons, orders may experience delays in shipping out, typically ranging 1-3 business days.
4. International orders: It may take 1-3 additional days if orders have to go through customs. We have no influence on the customs process and apologize for any inconvenience due to delivery delays resulting from this.
