Above all, our top priority is to guarantee your satisfaction with your purchase. If you wish to make changes to or cancel your order, please do so within the first 24 hours. This is because our clothing is all made-to-order, and production commences after this initial.
RETURN POLICY
Despite that Snug Savvy always strives to offer the best value to our customers, not all items are eligible for returns. To qualify for a return, please notify our Customer Support Team promptly for authorization, following the conditions outlined below:
- Initiate the return process and dispatch the item(s) within 15 days of receiving the order.
- The item(s) should not have been classified as "On Sale", "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase, unless there is a valid issue or fault with the product.
- Return the item(s) in their original packaging and in the same condition as they were received. This includes any attached swing tags, shoe boxes, and packaging. Before sending the item(s) back, you may be asked to provide a photo of the item(s) to assess their condition.
Please keep in mind that if you are returning one item from a bundle or package deal, the original bundle pricing will no longer be valid for your order.
REFUND POLICY
The decision between a replacement or refund will be made on a case-by-case basis, considering the specific circumstances of your order. To be eligible for a refund, please adhere to the following criteria:
- Time frame for request: Initiate refunds within 15 days of order receipt, as per shipment tracking. Claims after 15 days won't be considered.
- Defective or Damaged Items: Provide clear photographic evidence of any defects or damages.
- Incorrect Orders: Promptly notify our customer service team and include supporting evidence of the incorrect item.
- Size or Color Discrepancies: Refunds or exchanges will only be considered if the received product is materially different from the original order. Please verify size and color information before finalizing your purchase to prevent discrepancies.
Other Reasons: Refunds for reasons such as late shipments or a change of mind are subject to case-by-case evaluation. Customers must contact our customer support team to discuss potential solutions.
We do not offer replacements or refunds for mistakes made by the customer:
- Incorrect shipping addresses
- Invalid address entry
- Improper care, damages in use
- Incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc. So please review your order carefully before you check out to ensure your order is correct
Our company can only offer you a discount for reordering in the cases above.
RETURN & REFUND INSTRUCTION

- The order number and the email address associated with your order.
- The shipping label, photographs, or video evidence demonstrating the incorrect, defective, or damaged item.
These information will enable us to investigate the issue, assess whether a replacement or refund is suitable, and take steps to prevent similar errors in the future.
How long does it take for my refund to be processed?
We’re sad to see you go! Should you receive a refund for your order, you will receive an email confirming this has been processed from our end. The refund will be credited using the same method used to make the payment. From there, it will take 2-5 business days to process into your account, depending on your bank. If it takes any longer than this, we would recommend contacting your bank or merchant directly.
